I started it with the title 'Diary of an Ex-Nicotine Dependent' but had to change it since I failed the first day. I'll keep recording my experiences with dealing with smoking, and hopefully, soon, not smoking. The goal was to record the struggle involved in quitting, that's still the goal, tho' the content has changed.
I am gifted with artistic and musical talent. Have the good fortune to be born left-handed, and like most left-handers have adapted to a right-handed world by becoming somewhat ambidextrous, making me a right and left-brained thinker. Which makes me adept at spatial and language skills.
I'm not even trying anymore. I realized that as I look at this blank screen wondering what to write. Today I'm going to try to quit. That's it, just decide sometime during the day I've had enough, throw away the rest of my pack, and quit.
